T-Mobile is currently slashing $50 off
both the Android and Windows Phone variants of HTC’s latest flagship
smartphone, the One (M8). So for now, you’ll be able to pick one up on
either of these operating systems for $535.44 on a prepaid plan.
In terms of performance, the One (M8) shouldn’t
disappoint — enclosed in its ultra-durable aluminium unibody is a
5-inch display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels, a 2.3 GHz
Snapdragon 801 chipset, 2GB of RAM and dual 4-megapixel rear-facing
camera.
Straight out of the box, the handset runs
the latest build of Android 4.4.3 KitKat skinned with HTC’s Sense 5
custom user interface, but is expected to receive the much-anticipated
Lollipop update later this month.
