Although the Nexus 9 has been available for quite some time, with the LTE model launching today. it was not until recently that the company launched the keyboard folio case for $129. But what if you don’t want an expensive cover + keyboard for your tablet?
Well there’s a cheaper and more viable alternative coming straight from HTC, starting today. Although the case has been listed on the Play Store for a while now, it’s for the first time that it has gone on sale.
HTC is only offering the case in Coral Amethyst with more colors expected to be available soon. This is a conventional magnetic cover for the device which can protect the back or front (not simultaneously, mind you) of the device. It can fold up in various angles so that you can use it as a kickstand for watching movies or playing games. There are no visible hinges on the device, so it’s pretty minimalistic as far as the design is concerned.
This 2-in-1 soft shell case for the Nexus 9 will set you back by $39.99, which is quite a lot for a device accessory, although not much by HTC’s standards. Are you looking to get one for yourself?
